Camping holidays in France are the best way to unwind. With the sea only 100m away, and the international holiday resort of Sables d'Olonne just 3 miles away, Le Littoral has plenty of selling points.
Travel options include daytime or overnight cruise ferry sailings with Brittany Ferries or Condor Ferries to St Malo, Cherbourg, Caen or Roscoff. The airports at La Rochelle and Nantes are just 90 minutes away, and fly-drive customers should remember to organise car hire prior to departure.

With an enviable location and quality facilities, Le littoral is simply 'fantastic for family camping holidays'.
The wonderful aquatic parc complex will keep kids and adults amused for hours. With several waterslides, and a separate kid's paddling pool, the whole family can enjoy a full day here. There is an extensive sun terrace, which is perfect for hot sunny days. The indoor pool means that swimming can be enjoyed at any time of the season.
Whilst the kids are splashing around in one of the pools, the adults can relax in the Jacuzzi.
There is plenty of activity on this medium sized family campsite. The multi-sports court is a popular meeting point where tournaments are organised in Football, Volleyball and Basketball.
For a real taste of France, enjoy an aperitif and challenge one of the locals to a game of Petanque (French Boules).
The Koala Club has activities planned for 5- 12 year olds throughout the week. The children's play area is in a shady part of the site making it safe for the kids to climb and swing even at the hottest part of the day. There is also a bouncy castle which will keep jumpy jacks amused.
The bar and restaurant has a wonderful outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the evening sun whilst quaffing a local wine and sampling some fruits de mer. Cabaret, live music, karaoke and bingo are just some of the entertainment that takes place on the outdoor stage.

In the region of Le Littoral and Port Bourgenay

There are some fantastic rock pools just 100m from the campsite and the whole family can enjoy fishing for little crabs and shellfish in the early evening.
There are also some lovely private & secluded rocky coves within walking distance which are simply divine.
The campsite has its own shuttle bus which makes frequent trips to the large sandy beach at Port Bourgenay. The shuttle bus also makes trips to the major resort town of La Sables d'Olonne.
The Zoo is worthy day out, and visitors are able to feed popcorn to (most of) the animals.
The Aquarium at La Rochelle is one of the finest on the Atlantic coast and a full day should be set aside to complete the visit.
There is a castle at Talmont St Hilaire which dates back to Richard the Lionheart.
The Hippodrome (racecourse) is just 5 mins from the site which has proved popular with our guests, and the championship course at Port Bourgenay will keep golf enthusiasts fulfilled for at least an afternoon.
