Being located just 3 miles to the north of the lively resort St Jean de Monts, Les Amiaux is the perfect destination for mobile home holidays in France.

This wonderful family campsite, set in the cooling shade of a pine forest is just a few minutes walk from the beach.
The low cost airlines have regular flights to nearby Nantes and La Rochelle, both of which are within 90 minutes from the site. Our excellent car hire will permit you the freedom to explore the delights of the region.
Of course, Les Amiaux can be reached within ½ a day from the ports of St Malo, Cherbourg and Caen with regular sailings by Condor or Brittany Ferries.

The pitches are lush and spacious and the numerous facilities are well developed and maintained.
A French camping holiday in the Vendee region is a perfect way to relax. The children are sure to enjoy facilities on offer . This family campsite has certainly been created with youngsters in mind. There are a number of play areas with climbing frames and swings, multisports court, mini golf and plenty of open space simply to run around in.
Remember that the Koala Club also runs several activity sessions each week to include things like mini Olympics, arts & craft and nature hunts.
After all this activity the whole family will want to take some respite from the hot Vendee sunshine at the superb pool complex. With both indoor and outdoor pools, a Jacuzzi, paddling pool and several water chutes you could easily spend the day doing little else!

The Vendee region is typically flat and one of the best ways to explore the area is by bicycle. There are many cycle tracks through the shady forests, and maps are available depicting the various routes.
There is a 'road train' which runs from the campsite during high season to the beach and into the nearby lively resort of St Jean de Monts, where there are numerous bars and shops and facilities.
The cuisine choices are hugely international and food lovers will certainly not be disappointed.
The weekly market in the church square provides the opportunity to buy local produce and barter with the friendly locals.
St Gilles Croix de Vie is a beautiful unspoilt fishing port to the south of St Jean de Monts. There are several pretty restaurants around the harbour where you can enjoy some seafood from this mornings catch. Take a stroll along the picturesque seafront or relax at a pavement cafe with an ice cream or a long cool drink and watch the world go by.
