Camping Acapulco has long since been established as Vendee favourite.

The bar area is bright and attractive in typical vendeen style with white wash walls and terracotta tiles. 
Adjacent to the landscaped pool complex, parents can relax with a cool drink on the terrace whilst the kids splash around and enjoy the 5 waterslides. 
Great family holidays are what Acapulco is all about. The sandy children’s playground, games room with pool tables,video games and the tennis courts are there to be enjoyed. Don’t forget that we also have a full time Koala Club in operation at this site. Our dedicated staff will organise various activities for kids 5-12yrs. Try your hand at a game of Petanque whilst enjoying a local aperitif from the bar. Later in the evening there is lively entertainment which includes disco’s, karaoke, bingo and live music.

The many cycle tracks make this area particularly good for exploring by bicycle which can be hired directly from the campsite. 
The cosmopolitan resort of St Jean de Monts is just 4 miles away. In addition to the abundance of bars, shops and restaurants, there are excellent water sports facilities on the beach. Children will be engaged in sandcastle competitions, and jumping around on bouncy castles and trampolines, whilst teenagers and adults might want to try their hand at learning to surf. 
The sea lion display at Sealand Aquarium, Noirmoutier is a fun family day out. For hot sunny days, Atlantic Toboggan waterpark is just 5mins drive away and is the perfect way to cool off under the hot Vendee sun.
Puy du Fou, a medieval spectacular and theme parc is 90 minutes away. Battles are re-enacted, War machines and Gladiatorial bloody battles punctuate the performance. 
Maintaining the historic theme, Fontenay-Le Comte with its half timber and stone houses is the old Vendee capital. You may wish to take a horse drawn carriage tour around the ancient town.
